Washington Elementary School is a 501(c)3 charitable organization. All donations are fully tax-deductible (non-profit Federal Tax ID No. 94-6174706).

Use this form to make a one-time, single (lump sum) donation to the Washington PTA. If you prefer to set up a recurring payment, please use this form instead.
